4010 Waterborne Pigmented Epoxy Floor Coating is a low-VOC waterborne pigmented epoxy sealer designed for use over concrete. The 4010 Epoxy utilizes a cross-linking technology that improves the adhesion of coating systems to concrete and previously sealed surfaces or provides a breathable seal over new, old, or decoratively stained concrete floor surfaces and overlays. Due to its waterborne technology, the epoxy color seal is very user-friendly and can be used in most areas. 4010 Waterborne Epoxy will provide the look, and much of the performance, typically found in 100% solids concrete floor epoxy coating systems while remaining a breathable, low-odor epoxy floor coating.
