5085 Low Odor Ultra-High Solids Polyaspartic is a two-component, 85% solids topcoat engineered for fast dry times and easy application. Developed using our proprietary engineering, this near-zero odor formula is a smart choice for indoor residential and commercial spaces where air quality matters. With a 45-minute working time, it lets you achieve a smooth, high-build finish in just one application. This topcoat delivers superior durability in a high-gloss finish for any concrete floor. Not available in California.

Designed for easier application with fast dry times, the 5020 Clear Polyaspartic Topcoat is an 84% solids polyaspartic. The 5020 Polyaspartic is part of our Performance product line that delivers high-quality products at an affordable price. This product allows for a high build with decent working times while allowing for a quick return to service.

Floors can be walked on in 6 hours and driven on in 72 hours. The 5020 Polyaspartic provides a beautiful high-gloss finish, making it great for residential, commercial, and industrial concrete floors.

The 5020 Extended Pot Life Polyaspartic Clear Topcoat is a two-component, high-build polyaspartic with over 80% solids. Its extended pot life offers a longer working time in humid environments, allowing moisture to evaporate fully during curing. For the best results, apply the coating when humidity is low and during the coolest part of the day to prevent condensation and achieve a clearer finish.
