What does this warranty cover?
Versatile ("Seller") Roll on Rock® System is covered by the following Limited Warranty when installed according to Seller's instructions and the required Warranty Registration Form, Documents and Fees listed on the registration form have been fully submitted within thirty (30) days of installation.
Roll on Rock® will adhere to the bare concrete substrate and will not peel when the moisture vapor emission is less than 8lb/1000ft2/24 hour as measured in accordance with ASTM F1869-98 using Anhydrous Calcium Chloride Test.
If, during the applicable Warranty period, 4195 Epoxy fails to adhere to the concrete substrate due to a manufacturing defect determined to the Seller's satisfaction, the Seller will replace the effected system or fully refund the purchase price, at the sole discretion of the Seller. This Warranty is limited to replacement in-kind of materials determined to be defective only.
This limited warranty is non-transferrable and applicable only to the owner of the property in which the Roll on Rock system is installed at the time of sale.
How long is the warranty?
10 Year Warranty - Interior Residential Installations: For all interior residential installations, the Roll on Rock® System is warranted to the original consumer purchaser for 10 years in which the Roll on Rock System is installed.
Limited Three (3) Year Warranty - All Exterior Installations and Interior Commercial/Industrial Installations: For all exterior and any commercial/industrial installations, the Roll on Rock® System is warranted to the original consumer purchaser for period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.
Product replacement under the Warranty do not constitute an extension of the original warranty period for the original installation or any specific component or part thereof.
What Is NOT Covered by This Limited Warranty?
This Limited Warranty does not apply to, and Seller will not be responsible for, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or any damage to floor coatings, faulty maintenance, misuse, abuse, neglect, extreme temperatures, staining or peeling caused by cracking of the substrate, defective substrate, hydrostatic pressure or moisture vapor transmission levels greater than eight (8) lbs., battery acid, brake fluid or other industrial fluid, or as a result of any accident, casualty, or natural disasters.
Purchaser's Exclusive Remedy and Limitation on Liability.
The foregoing Limited Warranty will be the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy against Seller, whether in contract, under statute (including provisions as to the conditions as to the quality or fitness for any particular purpose of goods supplied pursuant to the contract of sale), warranty, tort, strict liability or any other legal theory.

THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY GIVEN BY SELLER WITH RESPECT WITH THIS PRODUCT. SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Seller's liability to purchaser on any claim for loss or damage arising out of, connected with or resulting from the Product hereunder shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. In no event shall Seller be liable for special or consequential damages including, but not limited to, injuries to persons or damage to property, loss of profits or anticipated profits, or loss of use of any property.
How does state law relate to this warranty?
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
