The 4100 Moisture-Blocking Clear Epoxy Primer is designed to wick deep into concrete floors to mitigate moisture vapor emissions (MVE) and odor, as well as increase the adhesion of subsequently applied systems. This 100% solids epoxy primer was developed with a strong bond to concrete floor surfaces, even under cool, wet, or damp conditions.
