The 4150 Moisture-Blocking Clear Epoxy Primer is designed to wick deep into concrete floors to mitigate moisture vapor emissions (MVE) and odor, as well as increase the adhesion of subsequently applied systems. This 98% solids epoxy primer was developed with a strong bond to concrete floor surfaces, even under cool, wet, or damp conditions. The 4150 Epoxy is a pigmented coating with five color choices.
