The Versatile Roll On Rock Epoxy Flake Flooring System is a full broadcast flake floor for contractors coating garages, shops and commercial floors. It starts with 4195 Direct-to-Concrete Epoxy Primer, built with our wicking technology that draws it deep into the slab for a powerful mechanical bond, then flake and a clear 5085 Ultra-High Solids Polyaspartic topcoat.

Builds with
Diamond grind the surface and fill joints and cracks with 4920 Polyurea Joint Filler or 4905 Crack-Weld 5 Minute. Apply 4195, full broadcast flake into the wet coat, scrape and vacuum, then topcoat with 5085 Ultra-High Solids Polyaspartic. It also pairs with Mica Flake, Brindle Flake and Solid Flake.

What do I need to order for a Roll On Rock floor?
4195 for the base, flake for the broadcast and a polyaspartic topcoat, usually 5085. The Roll On Rock Applicator Pack covers the tools.
Can I use a different topcoat?
Yes. 5085 is our go-to. 5020 is fast, 5020 XT gives a pro installer more working time, 5085 SD handles hot days and 5085 LO suits an occupied home.
What if the slab tests over 8 lbs of moisture?
Use a Moisture Test Kit to measure how much moisture is moving through the slab. You can step up to 4150 Moisture-Blocking Pigmented Epoxy Primer, which holds back up to 15 lbs, and call technical service at 214-807-6878 to determine the best option.
